I have found that practicing yoga helps me to realign my body, mind, and spirit and has been essential to my well being. I am very grateful that PSCU offers yoga at work because with my hectic schedule there is no way I would be able to consistently fit in a class after work. Our Yoga instructor, Jessica Moore is great at giving instruction for all levels of fitness and she brings a very positive energy with her to every class. I would highly recommend trying her class and discovering how yoga may benefit you.
